Alchemilla erythropoda is well behaved and more compact in habit then the common Alchemilla mollis or Lady’s Mantle as it is commonly known. Invaluable acid green frothy flower heads at the border front or in the paving cracks. Height 20-25cm.

Flat heads comprising of many tiny flowers in a wonderful array of colours. Flowers from late June with a good second flush if deadheaded once they have faded. Grow in full sun and in soils with good drainage. Longevity can be encouraged by regular division. Protect from slugs in the spring.
